The property was purchased by a family with 4 brothers in 1994. The property is 188 acres and is an Angus Cattle breeding operation. All the 4 brothers at one stage have owned one of the homes spaced privately around the land holding.

Woolamai Park is a home designed from 2 relocated homes. A federation home from Oakleigh and a Californian Bungalow from Brighton were transported to the property and from there a huge project was undertaken to replaster, replumb and rewire the home with new bathrooms and redesigned kitchen with a large extension in the middle of the home adjoining the main deck with a new tin roof across the newly designed 7 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms. The home has 2 kitchens which for “foodies” who visit and groups who want to cook and dine at the large table in the main lounge it works a treat.

The home has been holiday let since completion with the home owners family using the property as well. Many repeat groups have been visiting the home annually since their first stay. The owners welcome groups upto 16 people which can be accommodated in the home who enjoy the tranquillity of the home, respect and care for it.

The home is heated by 2 wood heaters and electric heaters in the bedrooms.

Ceiling fans in the main lounge and upright fans in the bedrooms aid to keep the residents cool in the summer months.

The large decks are popular and are often mentioned in the notes left in the guest book as are the glorious sunsets.

Linen, doona covers and towels are not provided but everything else is there. Plenty of cooking equipment, crockery and glasses.

Nb* There is no wi-fi at the property.
